• How do I start the game?

  After completing the purchase, you will receive an email with the instructions to play. In that email you will find your reservation code, which you can enter to start the experience.

• How can I book and when can I play?

  You can book any escape tour of Escapeo at any time from our website. There are no fixed hours, so you can play whenever you want, and reservation codes don't expire.

• Can kids play?

  Yes. The experience is recommended for ages 10 +. Minors of that age may also play, provided they are accompanied by an adult.

• Can one person play? Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants?

  You can play on your own without any problem, although the experience is designed to be enjoyed in a group. There is no mandatory participant limit, but we recommend a maximum of 6 people per group to enjoy the experience better.

• What do I need to play?

  You will need at least one mobile phone with an internet connection to access the game. You don't need to download any apps, as everything is done directly from the browser. We also recommend that you bring a charged battery and comfortable shoes for the tour.

• How long does it last?

  Duration varies by city. You can check the estimated time of each escape tour in the experience page before booking.

• What if I can't solve a challenge?

  If you get stuck in a challenge, you'll be able to ask for clues to keep moving forward. In addition, each challenge has three attempts. If you can't solve it, the game will allow you to move on to the next one.

• Can I pause the game or leave and continue later?

  Yes. You can stop when you need to and pick up the game later from the link we mailed you. Keep in mind that time will keep running until you finish the game, and the experience is always moving forward.

• Is the code one-time or multi-person?

  The purchase code includes as many uses as you have selected in the reservation.
